Looking to enjoy a smooth Trader Vic’s Piña Colada but can’t find a convenient branch location near to your home? No need to lose hope! Now you can be just like Dick Cheney, albeit minus the perfect hair. Recipe courtesy of the Trader Vic’s website. Notice that they still expect you to make use of their official products.

Piña Colada
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Trader Vic’s KO-KO Kreme Syrup
2 oz. Trader Vic’s Premium Gold Rum
To a blender with 1 cup crushed ice add the above ingredients. Blend until mixed. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple spear or slice. For an extra creamy drink with a distinctive flavor, add ice cream; vanilla, chocolate, coffee, etc. Substitute the ice cream for the rum to create a refreshing non-alcoholic drink.
