My Middle Name
From Vox QotD (Question of the Day): What is your middle name?
My middle name is Noelle, which is fitting because I was born on Christmas Eve. I’m glad my parents used the feminine spelling instead of “Noel.” My Aunt Patricia calls me “Heather Noll” anyway. My Aunt Josie calls me Heather Noella Cruella De Vil. I love that – it just rolls off the tongue so nicely.

Great White Shark
The Monterey Bay Aquarium has another white shark. He was caught off the coast of California, and transferred to Monterey on August 31. The baby shark is less than a year old, is 5’8" long and weighs 104 pounds. The last white shark was kept at the Aquarium for 198 days, then had to be released because she started killing the other sharks. The other sharks and fish in this tank are scared of the new shark. The bubbles are to keep them from swimming into the glass.
He won’t actually be a Great White until he is full grown.
