Another successful restaurant by the one and only Billy Quon (of Bahama Billys and Kula Ranch fame), and our new favorite. Volcano Grill & Mai Tai Bar* is located in beautiful Carmel Valley Village. *Update: Sadly, The Volcano Grill has closed.
