I’d forgotten how un-PC the Mr. Magoo Shows was, but it’s still pretty funny… and the kiddo loves it.

Death Race

Posted by Heather On February - 26 - 2009

I’ve learned not to expect too much from movie remakes. I was especially wary of this one because I love Death Race 2000 so much. I’d say this movie is merely based on Death Race 2000 and is not truly a remake. I really enjoyed it.

H.G. Wells’ First Men in the Moon

Posted by Heather On November - 9 - 2008

I rented this oldie after some reminiscing with my Dad. I’m not sure if this is the same version he was thinking of, but it was still fun to watch again. The soundtrack is by the fabulous Laurie Johnson.
